Our goal is to do one thing and do it well. We create learning. That’s it. Yes, a lot goes into that, and we’re not trying to be all things to all people. To help you with your learning needs, we can do three things for you:

We will ask ALL the questions to get to the root of your challenge and needs. We will share our experience with similar issues and how we’ve solved them. We will get to know you and what makes the most sense for your organization. We can talk you through what your expected scope and potential cost would be. We can document and explore everything possible so you can take your needs to your internal development team or a vendor of your choosing. Hopefully, that’s us, but sometimes it’s not, and that’s ok too. We want what is right for you.

Let’s get this party started! Here’s where it gets fun. There is a reason why our name is Trillium CREATIVE Solutions. It’s because we see each learning challenge as an opportunity to create the right solution and experience for you. That could be anything from videos to online training, to a MOOC, to a well–crafted SharePoint or Intranet site that curates existing learning assets, or more. Our skill is pulling together the learning interventions that make the most sense for you and doing it efficiently and with agility.

Our process

ADDIE, Agile, SAM, LLAMA, A2…there are a TON of development processes out there. Practically everyone has their own these days! We are an agile-based company, which means you’ll get regular reviews, constant updates, and a voice in every step of the process. Yes, we have our own methodology, and we’re happy to share it. We also know you’ve got better things to do and we’re just as happy to save your time for the most important stuff, your work in progress. We want you involved in every step, giving feedback, without needing to see how the sausage is made.
